Our mission is to help today's youth achieve lifelong success. We are doing this by developing the best online education platform in existence.
Currently we have two core offerings: 1) a platform to offer online enrichment activities and 2) a guided homeschool program. We believe these two fundamental offerings are complimentary to each other and provide children a foundation for a high quality virtual education.
We are working on many more cool things to revolutionize online education. We have a lot of work to do!
A Little More About Online Enrichment Activities:
Whether it's guitar lessons, coding class, history class, learning about local marine biology, or anything else you can think of, there is a way to do it online - with a real live instructor (or Activity Director) - and with other kids so everyone stays engaged even while remote.
It's a solution to social distancing. It's an alternative to the dreadful after school shuffle from one activity to another. It's a supplement to your child's prescribed coursework. Or it's just a nice way to keep children entertained - on a screen - but in an educational, meaningful, and social way.
Kids Connected Activity Directors will include background checked individuals - for your peace of mind - who prepare activity plans that are all approved prior to any sessions taking place. The Activity Directors will present their courses over an online video meeting.
A Little More About Our Guided Homeschool Program:
We realize that homeschool isn't for everyone. We realize that virtual homeschool isn't for everyone. However, if you are looking for an alternative that is just that, we have a program to help guide you through.
We have dedicated teachers with assigned classes to get your children through a specific year's curriculum. We currently have programs for Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our teachers are focused on one thing - teaching your children. They only have one (virtual) classroom to worry about. One group of children all focused on the same curriculum for the year. Live classes will be held daily and attendance is required, either live or replay, in order for your child to keep up with the curriculum and stay on track with the rest of the class.
We have a specific curriculum for each grade level. The curriculum can be tailored to your child's needs, but is setup with specific lessons and goals in mind. Our teachers will spend time at the beginning of each school year to assess where your child is and will continually monitor progress and adjust curriculum accordingly.

Tony is a CPA turned entrepreneur. Tony has been married to his beautiful and supportive wife Lori for 14 years. They have 3 young children under 10 and are passionate about the health, education and development of their kids, which led them to jump at the idea of Kids Connected when it was brought up by Tony's sister - Anne Marie. Immediately prior to starting Kids Connected, Tony was the Chief Financial Officer of a public software company called Agilysys, where he spent 8 years of his career in various positions. Tony has learned well how to manage companies and teams, especially software based businesses.
Anne Marie is a practicing attorney and has three young boys with her husband, Nathaniel. Anne Marie believes wholeheartedly in the reality that "it takes a village to raise a child," and that in our modern and hectic world we can be isolated from our village. She was impressed and surprised by how quickly her children embraced virtual learning opportunities but wanted more for them than what was available. With Tony's background in software and their collective passion for creating an engaging and safe virtual environment for kids everywhere, Kids Connected was born.
Lori joined Kids Connected as Education Director in the summer of 2020. Lori and her husband Brian are raising their three young boys in Woodstock, Ga. With 17 years of teaching experience, including several years spent teaching with an online charter school, she was most recently with Cherokee County schools in Georgia. Lori felt the offerings of public school districts, general homeschool, and virtual schools were severely lacking so she joined Kids Connected in order to help deliver a unique, streamlined, efficient way for children to learn and experience social interaction.
